Our bone in or boned and rolled shoulder of lamb is a lovely slow roasting joint for a stringy Sunday lamb roast dinner. 

As pictured the boneless joint or a whole bone in shoulder is best suited to the family Sunday dinner.

In the winter months lamb shoulder really will make for a cracking stew or hot pot type dish as well.  

The shoulder meat from our lambs provides a stringy texture and used on the right dinner is just sensational, soft succulent meat that is full of flavour.
