Cubano Sandwich

Following on from our rotisserie pork loin joint recipe, we’re showing you how you can use your leftover pork to recreate this incredible Cubano sandwich.


Cooking Method

  1. Slice your pork as thin as you can.
  2. Select your bread and spread Dijon mustard on both sides.
  3. Build your sandwich, ham, thinly sliced pork, cheese and then pickles.
  4. Toast the sandwich in a pan to crisp the bread and melt the cheese.
  5. Once the cheese has melted, slice and enjoy.

  • Bread of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • Sliced Ham
  • Cheese of your choice
  • Pickles
