Leftover Gammon Spread

We’ve partnered with our good friend Jack from Jacks Meat Shack to give you a selection of the tastiest recipes you can recreate at home with the best selection of our meat range. This week we’re using our leftover gammon to create a gammon spread perfect for servicing with bread and crudites.

 

Cooking Method

  1. Roughly chop gammon and place in a food processor.
  2. Blitz until fine and like breadcrumbs.
  3. Add the sour cream and honey.
  4. Process again un until a paste like consistency in formed.
  5. Chill for at least an hour until serving with bread and crudites.

The Ingredients

  • 400g leftover gammon
  • 150ml sour cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
