How do I place my Christmas turkey order?
To place your Christmas order, simply select your preferred delivery date at checkout. If your preferred delivery date is no longer available, we recommend reading our freezing and defrosting tips to ensure you have the perfect Christmas dinner.
What measures are taken to ensure the meat is fresh?
Our quality assurance is rigid and strict, making sure that customers get the best meat possible. When you order with us, your meat delivery will arrive straight to your door in a super-insulated chilled container and stay fridge cold for up to 60 hours. We guarantee 100% quality and freshness. Our hand selected produce is extremely fresh, making it perfect to store in your freezer for a later date.
How to cook Christmas turkey?
- Preparation: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Season the turkey and stuff if desired.
- Cooking: Roast for 20 minutes per kg, plus 90 minutes for larger turkeys. Baste occasionally.
- Check doneness: Ensure an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) and clear juices.
