The DOT from Thermapen is a must have kitchen and or BBQ tool to really level up your cooking game!

Simple to use, alarm thermometer for constant monitoring whist oven cooking or for those low & slow BBQ smokes.

Simply program your desired temperature, insert the probe into the centre of your meat and place it on the kitchen side or attach to your BBQ using the magnetic pads.

Monitor the internal temperature of the your meat whilst cooking to cook to your desired doneness perfectly every time.

See the temperature climb on the display and wait for the alarm to sound once the temperature you set has been reached, check out our temperature guide for perfect temps for the various meats.

The DOT incorporates a large LCD display with a backlight and loud 70dB audible alarm sounding when your food has reached temperature.

Each unit is supplied with a 114 mm penetration probe with a 1.2 metre stainless steel, heatproof braided lead.
