The Fruit Pig Companies Black Pudding is made with fresh pig’s blood which is collected from their abattoir.

Fresh, real blood, black pudding is so rare most have never eaten it and the proof is in the pudding!!

All the major black pudding producers we know make theirs with imported dried blood powder instead.

We also stock The Fruit Pig’s sumptuous White Pudding and a stunning Haggis.

Slice 1cm wide. Remove outer casing and quickly grill or fry in a little hot oil until outer faces are crispy (2-3 mins). Inner needs to be hot (75°C) but not over grilled.
