Our tender pork belly joints and slices are cut from our outdoor-reared pigs. They are perfect for slow roast dinners, leaving you with beautiful stringy pork packed with all the flavours from the fat running through the meat in the belly and crispy crackling
If slow-roasting joints aren’t your thing, you can opt for our belly slices, available in 1kg portions (approximately 4 slices). Slices make for a lovely BBQ dinner or can be crisped up under the grill to produce mouth-watering crackling: a lovely texture to what is already a particularly tasty cut of pork
