Sticky Pork Belly

Cooking Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a high heat.
  2. Pour in the diced pork and cook for 5 minutes or until brown and heated through.
  3. Add the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger to the pan.
  4. Continue cooking and toss for 3-5 minutes or until the pork is coated in sauce and the sauce is sticky.
  5. Put the pork on a serving plate with a drizzle of sauce, a sprinkle of spring onion, and chilli (if using).

  • 500g of diced pork
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1tbsp of Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tsp of finely grated ginger
  • 1 thinly sliced spring onion
  • 1 thinly sliced red chilli (optional)
