This 100% premium minced turkey breast meat is low in fat and high in protein, making it an ideal alternative to beef mince for those trying to lose weight or be more health conscious. Light and flavourful, this meat makes for a delicious Bolognese, chilli con carne, or cottage pie, to name a few examples of what you can do with turkey mince.

Defrost thoroughly in the fridge if frozen before cooking.
Heat a little oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the turkey mince and cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it up with a wooden spoon until browned and no longer pink.
Season generously with sea salt, black pepper, herbs, or spices. Add onions, garlic, and your chosen ingredients (tomatoes, stock, vegetables, etc.) and continue cooking as per your recipe.
Ensure the mince is cooked thoroughly until it reaches an internal temperature of 75°C and juices run clear.
If making burgers or meatballs, mix with your favourite seasonings and binders before shaping.
