1Kg Packs - Contains 4-5 x 200-250g Breast Fillets
Bring the fillets to room temperature (about 20–30 minutes out of the fridge) for more even cooking.
Pat dry thoroughly and season generously with sea salt, black pepper, or your favourite herbs and spices.
For pan-frying: Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Cook for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
For oven baking: Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C / Gas 6). Place on a baking tray, drizzle with oil, and bake for 18–22 minutes (depending on thickness) until cooked through.
Always check doneness with a meat thermometer – juices should run clear and the thickest part should reach 75°C.
Rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing or serving – this keeps the fillets wonderfully juicy.
