These Cornfed Chicken supremes are a boneless breast cut from the chicken leaving one bone from the wing attached and the skin on, just Devine!
You can use this cut for all sorts of dishes, from roasts to chicken soups, BBQ’s, and more.
We promise that each quarter is simmering with an alluringly mellow and succulent taste.
Bring the chicken breasts to room temperature (about 20–30 minutes out of the fridge) for more even cooking.
Pat dry thoroughly and season generously with sea salt, black pepper, or your favourite herbs and spices.
For pan-frying: Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Cook skin-side down for 5–6 minutes until golden, then turn and cook for another 5–7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
For oven baking: Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C / Gas 6). Place on a baking tray, drizzle with oil, and bake for 18–25 minutes (depending on thickness) until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
Always check doneness with a meat thermometer – juices should run clear.
Rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing or serving to keep the meat wonderfully juicy.
