Bring the kebabs to room temperature (20–30 minutes out of the fridge) for even cooking. · Lightly oil the skewers (no extra seasoning needed, the hot spicy blend is perfectly balanced).
For grilling/BBQ: Preheat grill to medium-high (around 200°C). Grill 10–12 minutes, turning every 2–3 minutes for even char and caramelisation until cooked through (internal 70–75°C). Baste with a little oil or glaze in the final minutes if desired.
For pan-frying: Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Cook 10–12 minutes, turning frequently for golden edges and even doneness.
For oven baking: Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C / Gas 6). Place on a lined tray, bake 15–20 minutes, turning halfway for even browning. Check our guide to safe cooking temperatures for details.
Rest 2–3 minutes before serving, this keeps them juicy and full of flavour.
