Our ribeye steaks are perfect for those who love a steak with BOLD flavour and incredible juiciness. Their generous fat content ensures they stay tender and moist, whether pan-seared, grilled, or cooked over open flames.
Ideal for a steak night on or a weekend treat, serve them simply seasoned or paired with a classic peppercorn sauce to let their natural richness shine.
Bring the steaks to room temperature (about 1 hour out of the fridge) for even cooking.
Pat dry thoroughly and season generously with sea salt and black pepper (or rub with olive oil for extra crust).
Sear in a very hot pan, on a high-heat grill, or over open flames for a rich, caramelised crust (around 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, turning occasionally), or to your preferred doneness. Check our guide to safe cooking temperatures for details.
Rest loosely on a plate for 5-10 minutes – this lets the juices redistribute for maximum tenderness and flavour explosion.
