Our lamb’s liver is incredibly soft and tender, so much so it simply melts in your mouth, and you don’t have to mess about, cutting off a load of gristle as our liver has a very high percentage of tasty meat. It might not be a product you’d think to use all the time, but it can make a delicious addition to stews and casseroles. Also, it’s delicious when you pan fry it with onions and a hint of sherry, served with creamy mash and greens.

Serving Suggestions: Serve classic-style with fried onions, crispy bacon, and creamy mashed potatoes. Also excellent in liver and bacon casserole, added to hearty stews, or served with buttered greens and gravy.
